Benevolence Application

The Employee Benevolence Fund was created in 2006 by the employees participating in OGHS Foundation Employee Giving Program, SPICE. The Employee Benevolence Fund is designed to help OGHS employees in need of assistance. If you are an OGHS employee and need to apply for the Benevolence Fund, please follow this link.

SPICE Members

Each quarter, the S.P.I.C.E committee celebrates and shows its gratitude to S.P.I.C.E members through recognition programs and events. Our generous S.P.I.C.E. members chose to give back not only through donating a portion of each paycheck, but also through our Christmas Shoebox Gift Program for children of employees in need. We have provided gifts to over 200 children since 2018.
