Due to the increase in COVID cases, we have moved the in person Pre-natal classes to virtual. All registrants will receive a notification via email to join the class virtually.
Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for your interest in attending our Prenatal Class series here at Opelousas General. This class series is held over a 3 week period, August 5th, 12th and 19th at 6:00 pm in our Main Campus 3rd-floor Auditorium. Class 2 - Labor & Birth Basics (8/12)
Class 3 - Baby Care & Safety Basics (8/19)
It's important for your closest support person/people to attend with you to receive the same information and be able to support your wishes during and after delivery. Some suggestions of who to invite: Baby's Dad, Baby's Grandmother, your sister/best friend-- whoever will be with you during delivery and in the days & weeks following.
There is no fee for attending these classes.
