Position Description:

Opelousas General Health System has an opening for a LPN on the Medical-Surgical Unit. This unit serves patients with multiple medical conditions, including pneumonia, diabetes, and renal problems. The unit also manages patient post-operatively. The LPN candidate will be responsible for collaborative planning and implementation of the patient’s plan of care as directed by the RN. A qualified candidate must be patient-focused. Must also have a current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Louisiana and knowledgeable of Scope of Practice regulations. Experience preferred; New Graduates are welcomed. CPR is required. Interested candidates should complete the online application below.
