At Opelousas General Health System's Sleep Disorders Center you can expect:

Testing is provided overnight on an outpatient basis and admission to the Sleep Center for testing is by a physician's order only.
  • State of the Art equipment designed to record and diagnose every type of sleep disorder.
  • Registered sleep technologists on staff.
  • Private bedroom for each patient and a centralized control room with staff in attendance for all night-on-line monitoring.
  • Sound and light attenuated bedrooms.
  • Digital video monitoring using infrared and low light cameras.
  • Follow-up and referral treatment.

Opelousas General Health System's Sleep Disorders Center is located at 808 N. Natchez Blvd. on the east side of OGHS. Office hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Testing is provided overnight on an outpatient basis and admission to the Sleep Center for testing is by a physician's order only.
