12-Bed Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Facility (Senior Care Center) (1st Floor)
Specialize in caring for Seniors ages 55 and older. Our program combines psychotherapy and medication management with goal of assisting patients in achieving their highest degree of function and independence.
• 24-hour care
• Individual, group and family therapy.
• Consulting physician to identify and address illness
• Local transportation available
We assist Seniors Experiencing:
• Depression
• Anxiety, excessive worry or panic
• Severe mood swings
• Hallucinations or delusions
• Disorientation or confusion
• Sleep and appetite disturbances
• Other mood, behavioral or cognitive disorders
23-bed Long Term Acute Care Facility (LTAC) (2nd Floor)Provides services for medically complex patients that are beyond the scope of traditional hospital settings. These services are provided in an environment with daily physician visits and oversight. Patients in LTAC may have one or more of the following:
• Multi-system organ failure
• Osteomyelitis
• Chest trauma
• Long term IV therapy
• Cardiac disorders
• Multiple trauma
• Extensive post-op complications
• Polyarthritis
• MRSA/VRE
• Amputations
• Cancer
• Neurological disorders
• Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA)
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Neuromuscular disorders
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Complex wound care
• Guillain-Barre' Syndrome
• Pre/post-op transplant care
• Pulmonary disease
• Complex orthopedic injuries
• Low tolerance rehabilitation
14-bed Emergency Department (1st Floor)
24 hours, 7 days a week emergency department staffed by specially trained emergency physicians. The South Campus Emergency Department is designed to accommodate persons who have problems such as sore throats, fever, minor musculoskeletal injuries, non-critical cuts that may need stitches and the like, that do not requite the intensive services of the Main Campus Emergency Department.
10-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (2nd floor)
The Rehabilitation Center's goal is to provide you with quality care second to none in order to assist you in reaching your maximum functional independence. Using a team approach, our committed professionals are all specially trained in the rehabilitation process. The Rehab Team consists of your own physician, a rehabilitation physician (called a physiatrist), yourself, family members, physical therapists, occupational therapist, rehabilitation nurses, dietitians, social workers, speech therapist, respiratory therapist and pharmacists. |  |
