OGHS TO PROVIDE “SHOTS FOR TOTS”
Opelousas, LA 9-1-11, Opelousas General Health System is holding its quarterly “Shots for Tots” Clinic on Saturday, September 17th, from 9 a.m. until noon in the hospital Auditorium A on third floor.
“Shots for Tots” Clinics are provided as a joint effort of the St. Landry Immunization Coalition for Kids (S.L.I.C.K.), area hospitals, St. Landry Parish Health Unit, area health professionals, and volunteers.
Children between birth and 18 years old are eligible to participate and must bring their current immunization records and insurance information. Charges are $10 per child, not to exceed $30 per family. Children holding Medicaid cards are eligible for free vaccinations.
