          It’s that time again. Time for The OGHS Holiday Craft Show!



Opelousas General will be hosting its’ Holiday Craft Show on Thursday, November 4 and Friday, November 5. The Holiday Show will be held in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the hospital. Doors to the show will be opened from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days.
              There are only 30 booth spaces available. Booth space is $25 per booth and consists of one (1) 8’x4’ table and two (2) chairs. Participants are required to bring their own table covers. Booths will be assigned in the order the money is received, on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions will be made.

If you or someone you know is interested in purchasing booth space, they must do so by October 15, 2010. You may also fill out the form, enclose a check to the OGHS Foundation and mail to the address below.
